Troop 150 Summer Camp Registration 2008

Summer Camp Dates:

• Leave St Andrews Parking lot at 8:30 AM Sunday, August 3rd, 2008
• Arrive Camp Baldwin at 10:30 AM
• Depart Camp Baldwin at 10:30 AM Saturday, August 9^th 2008
• Arrive St Andrews Parking lot around Noon

 Fees:

• Total Scout fee = $275.00
• $75.00 Deposit is due Wednesday, March 12th, 2008
• $100.00 Deposit is due Wednesday, April 16th, 2008
• $100.00 Final payment is due Wednesday May 14th 2008

 Health forms:

• ALL HEALTH FORMS FOR ADULTS AND SCOUTS MUST BE SIGNED BY A DOCTOR
• ALL HEALTH FROMS MUST BE TURNED IN NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, JULY 2^TH 2008
• ALL SCOUTS AND ADULTS UNDER 40 YEARS OF AGE USE; Class 1 and 2 Medical Form
• ALL ADULTS OVER 40 USE; Class 3 Medical Form

Adult Training:

• All adults driving or spending time at camp need to complete the 5 on line trainings:  http://olc.scouting.org/ 
• Turn in copies of your certificates to the Troop Resistor
