Troop 150 Summer Camp Registration 2012

This year the troop will be attending Camp Parsons

Summer Camp Dates:

Thursday, August 9th - Pre- Trip - Wild Waves
Friday, August 10th - Visit Olympic National Forest
Saturday, August 11th - Visit USS Turner Joy
Sunday, August 12th - Arrive at Camp Parsons
Saturday, August 18th Meet St Andrews Parking lot for Camp Clean up

Fees:

Scout fee = $450.00 Pre-Trip & Summer Camp
Scout fee = $400.00 Summer Camp Only
Scout fee = $50.00 Late Registration Fee
Adults = No Charge at this time
Registration due prior to February 29th 2012
$100.00 Deposit is due March 1st 2012
(Check Only Scout Tree Recycling Account cannot be applied as the deposit)
$150.00 Payment is due April 1st 2012
$150.00 Payment is due May 1st 2012
Balance due June 1st 2012

Adult Leadership:

At Summer Camp

Two drivers to bring two trailers to camp
Drivers for 25 - 30 Scouts to and from Camp
Scoutmaster (shared or full time)
Assistant Scoutmaster (shared or full time)
Assistant Scoutmaster (shared or full time)
Advancement Chair (shared or full time)
Pharmacy Chair (shared or full time)
Quartermaster (shared or full time)
Daily or Nightly visitors are welcome (visitors will be charged for meals)
Drivers to bring scouts and the two trailer home from camp

Health forms:

ALL HEALTH FORMS FOR ADULTS AND SCOUTS MUST BE SIGNED BY A DOCTOR
ALL HEALTH FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN NO LATER THAN MAY 30th, 2012
ALL SCOUTS AND ADULTS USE THE NEW MEDICAL FORM

Training:

All adults driving or spending time at camp need to complete 8 of the BSA on line trainings by May 30th 2012
All Scout leaders, SPL, ASPL, & Patrol Leaders also need to complete the 8 on line training by May 30th 2012
Turn in copies of your certificates to the Troop Registrar
The on line roster will have your BSA ID number on the "Status" Tab.
If your ID is not on the roster contact the Troop Registrar
